Motorists running out of gas as they run out of dollars (Philadelphia Business Journal)

Rising gas prices are leading to more gambles by motorists, said AAA Mid-Atlantic, which reported a 126 percent spike last month in calls from members in the Philadelphia area that ran out of gas.
